projects are realized pursuant to the \u201c<strong><em>Generation License<\/em><\/strong>\u201ds granted to our companies by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) within the scope of the \u201cElectricity Market Law\u201d (No: 6446).<\/p><p>Since these are the projects of the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, they will be realized in accordance with the \u201cLaw on the Establishment and Operation of Electricity Generating Plants by the Build-Operate Model and the Regulation of Energy Sales\u201d (No: 4283), the \u201cElectricity Market Law\u201d (No: 6446), the \u201cRegulation on the Procedures and Principles for Undersigning Water Use Rights Agreements to Generate Electricity in the Electricity Market\u201d and the \u201cLaw on the Organization and Duties of the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works\u201d (No: 6200).<\/p><p>Kalehan Energy\u2019s projects have been granted \u201c<strong><em>Public Interest<\/em><\/strong>\u201d decisions by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA). Therefore, the expropriation of required property for the projects will be carried out by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) in accordance with the \u201cProcedures and Principles related to Property Acquisition Operations Conducted by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority\u201d and the \u201cExpropriation Law\u201d (No: 2942).<\/p><p>Environmental impacts of the projects have been evaluated by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change in accordance with the \u201cRegulation on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)\u201d put into force pursuant to Article 10 of the \u201cEnvironment Law\u201d (No: 2872). All projects have been granted an \u201c<strong><em>EIA Positive Decision<\/em><\/strong>\u201d by the Ministry.<\/p><p>The review and approval of project designs are within the responsibility of the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI), of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the General Directorate of Energy Affairs (EIGM), of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AUTHORIZATION AND LEGISLATION Kalehan Energy\u2019s projects are realized pursuant to the \u201cGeneration License\u201ds granted to our companies by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) within the scope of the \u201cElectricity Market Law\u201d (No: 6446).
