\u00d6zalt\u0131n Cengiz JV<\/b><\/p>

Construction works of Kalehan Energy Group Projects are carried out by \u00d6zalt\u0131n Cengiz JV. The partnership consists of two companies; \u00d6zalt\u0131n \u0130n\u015faat Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim \u015eirketi and Cengiz \u0130n\u015faat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim \u015eirketi. The shareholding structure of the partners is 50-50%.<\/p>

\u00d6zalt\u0131n Cengiz JV has already completed the construction of two projects of Kalehan Energy Group and is currently continuing the construction of another project.<\/span><\/p>

The construction of Beyhan I Dam and HEPP Project, owned by Kalehan Beyhan Energy Generation Corp. and located on the Murat River within the borders of Elaz\u0131\u011f Province with a thalweg elevation of 903.40 m, was completed in May 2015 by \u00d6zalt\u0131n Cengiz JV. With an installed capacity of 582.10 MWe, Beyhan I Dam and HEPP had the largest installed capacity among the HEPP projects established by the private sector at the year of its completion.<\/span><\/p>

In addition; the Upper Kalek\u00f6y Dam and HEPP Project owned by Kalehan Kale Energy Generation Corp., located on the same river at 1102.50 m thalweg elevation within the boundaries of Bing\u00f6l Province, was also constructed by \u00d6zalt\u0131n Cengiz JV and completed in February 2018. With an installed capacity of 626.85 MWe, Yukar\u0131 Kalek\u00f6y Dam and HEPP is the largest HEPP by installed capacity realized by the private sector in Turkey.<\/span><\/p>

Finally; the Lower Kalek\u00f6y Dam and HEPP Project owned by Kalehan Gen\u00e7 Energy Generation Corp. was constructed on the Murat River at 1012.00 m thalweg elevation within the boundaries of Bing\u00f6l Province also by \u00d6zalt\u0131n Cengiz JV. The construction was completed in December 2019. At the time it began operation, Lower Kalek\u00f6y Dam and HEPP became the 6\u1d57\u02b0 largest HEPP by installed capacity realized by the private sector with its installed capacity of 500.00 MWe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
